Why They Need Us

Dogs and cats across the Andes are suffering from neglect, abandonment, and lack of access to basic care.
Without intervention, this cycle continues, generation after generation.

Together, we can change that.

How We Stop the Suffering

We focus on spay and neuter because it is the only long-term solution to stop suffering before it starts.

Each surgery prevents future litters, reduces abandonment, and creates lasting change in the communities we serve.

💛 What We’ve Accomplished So Far

6,386 total pets spayed & neutered since 2022 - and counting

1,689 surgeries completed in 2025

2,063 pets placed in loving homes” since 2022

Every surgery represents a step toward ending the cycle of suffering.

Our Goal

In 2026, our goal is to raise $40,000 to:

  • Perform 2,500 spay and neuter surgeries

  • Continue caring for rescued animals at Casa Aurora

  • Expand our reach to more underserved communities

Black kitten sitting on a multicolored shaggy rug against a white wall.

Rescued as a tiny kitten, Perlita was adopted and later abandoned.

Today, she is safe, but pregnant, scared, and learning to trust again.
