Huancaní Campaign
The first Maddy’s Program sterilization campaign, funded by the Marchig Animal Welfare Trust, was successfully held on March 28, 2026, serving the community of Huancaní and surrounding areas. Of the 60 pets registered, 39 dogs and cats were safely sterilized, while those ineligible for immediate surgery due to age or health were enrolled in a structured follow-up program for future care. Beyond the clinical outcomes, the initiative demonstrated strong community engagement and reinforced a long-term commitment to animal welfare through ongoing adoption support and guaranteed future sterilizations.
